BESERVY · PRACTICAL GUIDES

Glass cleaning: define every surface.

Counting windows alone does not always allow two glass cleaning services to be compared. The faces included, surrounding components and access change the scope. This guide helps residential communities, offices and accommodation teams prepare an enquiry.

For residential community, office, commercial premises and hotel managers.

STEP 01

List areas and glass elements.

Separate windows, glazed doors, partitions, mirrors and shopfronts. Record approximate quantities or dimensions and their locations. State whether one face or both faces are needed; external glass should not be assumed to be included in a generic description.

Clarify whether frames, profiles, tracks or shutters also need assessment. These are separate from the glass surface and should be identified in the proposal. Leave unavailable information for assessment rather than treating an estimate as confirmed.

STEP 02

Describe access to the glass.

State whether elements can be opened, their approximate height and any obstacles in front of them. Explain the conditions for entering internal and external areas. This helps assess the work before equipment, tasks and schedules are agreed.

Complex access and work at height need a specific assessment. This guide does not confirm availability or treat such work as part of routine cleaning. Share the characteristics of the premises so a suitable intervention can be assessed.

STEP 03

Separate maintenance from one-off needs.

Describe how the space is used and what needs attention: fingerprints, visible dirt or a specific issue awaiting review. Identify construction residue, adhesives or other stains separately so suitable treatment can be assessed; removal is not assumed.

Frequency is agreed according to use and location. A shopfront, an internal partition and hotel windows may need different plans. Provide available time windows and whether work needs to fit around visitors, meetings or room preparation.

STEP 04

Review the contents of the quotation.

Check elements, faces, access, tasks, frequency and exclusions. If one service covers glass only while another includes frames or tracks, the prices refer to different work. Record any needs requiring additional assessment.

When enquiring with BESERVY, provide the town, type of centre and surfaces. We are based in Bétera and operate mainly in Valencia. Projects in Alicante and Castellón are assessed according to location, scope and availability.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Prepare your enquiry.

Select the needs you want to discuss. You can complete and review the enquiry on the contact page.

What does your space need?

The selection is only used to prepare your text. It is not sent or stored by the website.

Before you enquire.

Are frames and shutters included?

They are agreed expressly. State whether you want these elements assessed in addition to the glass so they can be identified in the proposal.

Can any high-level glass be quoted for?

Work at height and complex access require a specific assessment. Availability and conditions are confirmed before an intervention is agreed.

Can I also enquire from Alicante or Castellón?

Yes. Describe the town, premises, glass and access. BESERVY operates mainly in Valencia; each new enquiry is assessed according to scope and availability.
