STEP 01
Identify how each space is used.
Separate workstations, meeting rooms, reception, corridors, washrooms and shared areas. Identify visitor areas and busy routes. Surface area matters, but so do the use and operating hours of each space.
Highlight surfaces or items that need particular attention. Computer equipment, documents and restricted spaces should be identified so that the team can agree what may be cleaned and what is outside the scope.
STEP 02
Agree workable access hours.
Record when the team can enter, who provides access and whether any areas will be occupied at that time. If cleaning needs to take place outside office hours, specific availability is confirmed in the proposal.
Name a contact for access changes or one-off needs. Meetings, furniture changes or changes in occupancy can require the plan to be reviewed. Distinguish these changes from routine work.
STEP 03
Make recurring and one-off work clear.
List routine tasks separately from periodic work such as glass cleaning or other tasks requiring assessment. Avoid describing the scope only as “general cleaning”: each area should have identifiable tasks.
Agree who supplies products and materials and whether replenishing consumables belongs in the enquiry. Frequencies are agreed according to use. Different areas need different attention, and not every item is suitable for the same treatment.
STEP 04
Prepare an enquiry that supports comparison.
Provide the town, approximate size, number of workstations, shared areas and access hours. Add glass cleaning, periodic tasks and what you would like to improve in the current service.
Check that offers include the same areas, tasks and access arrangements. BESERVY works mainly in Valencia, based in Bétera; enquiries in Alicante and Castellón are assessed by project. Scope and availability determine the proposal.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Prepare your enquiry.
Select the needs you want to discuss. You can complete and review the enquiry on the contact page.
Before you enquire.
Can the service accommodate changing office hours?
Schedules and access are agreed with your business. Mention expected variations so organisation and availability can be assessed.
Is replenishing consumables included?
It depends on the agreed scope. State which materials need replenishment and who supplies them so that the proposal can specify this.
