BESERVY · PRACTICAL GUIDES

For industrial premises, scope makes the difference.

Factories, warehouses and logistics premises have different needs. This guide helps prepare facility information and identify the work that must be agreed before cleaning begins.

For people responsible for facilities, factories and warehouses.

STEP 01

Separate operational areas from shared spaces.

Identify the floors, routes, storage areas, entrances and administrative spaces in scope. Add washrooms and shared spaces when they belong in the enquiry. An area-by-area list avoids treating the facility as a single surface.

Describe each area’s use and access limits. Mention vehicle traffic, goods movements or routes that must remain clear during cleaning. These conditions help define a proposal coordinated with facility operations.

STEP 02

Define work involving equipment or processes.

General cleaning of industrial premises does not automatically include every machine or production process. Identify any work on equipment, production lines or specific surfaces for express assessment.

Share the coordination requirements and information needed to assess the work with the service contact. Tasks that need specific assessment should be separated from routine cleaning; a general description should not imply they are included.

STEP 03

Agree access, schedules and periodic work.

Provide working hours, which areas are available in each time slot and who coordinates access. The proposal should distinguish routine tasks from one-off or periodic work, specifying areas and conditions.

If autonomous cleaning is considered, the space and its use must first be assessed. Mapping, routes and obstacles are part of that assessment. The website’s robotics demonstration is illustrative; it does not show a real installation at the facility or confirm its suitability.

STEP 04

Compare scope before comparing price.

Prepare the town, approximate surface areas, included zones, facility activity and working hours. Add specific needs and any conditions the teams should know before entering.

Check tasks, frequencies, materials, exclusions and coordination in each offer. BESERVY is based in Bétera and works mainly in Valencia. Enquiries in Alicante or Castellón are assessed by project. Scope is confirmed before the service begins.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Prepare your enquiry.

Select the needs you want to discuss. You can complete and review the enquiry on the contact page.

What does your space need?

The selection is only used to prepare your text. It is not sent or stored by the website.

Before you enquire.

Does industrial cleaning automatically include machinery?

No. Work on specific equipment or processes requires express assessment and must be defined in the proposal.

Can a robot work in any industrial facility?

Suitability is assessed against the space, routes, obstacles and activity. A render or demonstration cannot replace that assessment.
